If you’re partial to a bit of squid and sangria then you’ll wanna get down to Cafe Pier by Albert Bridge in Chelsea this weekend because Charles Bryant (who’s spent time at Roux at Parliament Square, Alyn Williams at the Westbury and The Grill at The Dorchester) is doing a tapas takeover. He’ll be slinging squid rolls with Spanish pan de cristal, confit garlic and lemon & herb aioli; pan con tomate with Citizens of Soil cold-pressed olive oil; and patatas bravas. There’ll also be jugs of sangria on the go, and hopefully the sun comes out to say hi too, so make sure you get down there early before the food sells out.
