Yosma is out and Playa Bar is in. The Turkish restaurant where Hus Vedat was chef director was closed last month by Good Food Society – apparently it’s being relocated but we don’t know where yet – and now the restaurant group has announced that it’s turning the site into Playa Bar. The new concept will be a lounge-bar that serves up South American-style tapas and cocktails, and that’s all we know so far, so check back for more deets.
