It’s all change at The Mandrake as Serge et le Phoque is out and Yopo is in, and it looks like the hotel isn’t going down the celeb chef route again as we don’t know who’s behind this one.

What we do know is that Yopo will be serving up a mix of European and South American food, so you can expect dishes like potato churros; seabass ceviche with blood orange; charcoal grilled octopus with aji pancha and avocado; and buckwheat maca and hazelnut cake with smoked whiskey caramel. And if you work in the area, coffee and food will be available to-go.

If you’re making a night of it, the bar will be stocked with grower champagnes, a weekly changing selection of rare wines from Europe and there’ll be a late night DJ on duty too.
