Good news for the London instagrammers and ice-cream sandwich lovers. Yolkin are opening up a permanent site, on Rupert Street in Soho. It’s located on the street where it all began, back in 2015 at Street Food Union and the new place promises the same picture perfect macaroon ice-cream sandwiches, scoops, milkshakes, soft serve and ice-cream cakes. Not even yolkin (#dadjoke). If it’s anything like their pop-up shop you can expect daily changing whacky flavours – minced pie, biscoff, milo and HK French toast have all featured before – and queues, although we hope the fact they have their own shop means they won’t sell out quite as fast.
