YES PLEASE OPENS IN DALSTON

If you’ve walked down Ridley Road in Dalston lately you’ll have seen that there’s a brand new restaurant on the spot where Lucky Chip used to be. Yes Please is owned by Shay Malt, founder of cult queer club night Adonis, and with head chef Jerome Slesinski in the kitchen, it’s turning out a bangin’ menu of ‘camp small plates’. The menu includes the likes of lardo fontina dippers with lardo mayo, pink burrata with hazelnuts & lovage oil, cured hake with samphire & watermelon radish, blackened chicken with pickled grapes & PX jus, and a Pornstar Tartini dessert, with hispter wines and slushie cocktails on the drinks list. YES PLEASE.

As well as being queer-owned and having a diverse team, Yes Please works to support queer suppliers where possible too, using the likes of Spence Bakery and Otros Vinos for bread and wine.
