Soba specialists Yen are jumping across the Channel from Paris to London this autumn having secured a spot in the new 190 Strand development. Buckwheat noodles will take centre stage…you’ll even be able to watch them being twice-daily in a dedicated glass space…with sashimi, sushi, tempura and robata dishes also on the menu. The chefs have trained at the ‘Master of Soba’ Mr Takahashi Kunihiro in Japan, so we’ve got very high hopes for these noodles (and for the rest of the food too).
