The Yard Sale Pizza Love-In collab series is continuing in 2019, following a festive special made in partnership with musician Loyle Carner. For the first one of the year, especially for Veganuary, they’ve teamed up with The Vurger Co and Tabasco for a plant-based pizza. The Auburizza is a take on The Vurger Co’s famous Auburger, and sees that Yard Sale double-fermented dough base topped with The Vurger Co’s Tabasco Chipotle Sauce-braised aubergines, caramelised red onions, chargrilled peppers, rocket and a drizzle of housemade cumin mayo. Whether you’re a vegan or not, it sounds like a good’un.
