up was Chicken Shop (actually if we’re being correct first up was probably something like Chicken Express on Kingsland Road but who’d want to actually eat there?) and then came Chooks and now it’s the turn of Wishbone Chicken.

Wishbone Chicken is the new joint from Scott Collins one of the guys who set up Meat Liquor and William Leigh. They are promising booze, free range birds – plenty of breasts, thighs and wings – and fun times. Sides will be the likes of Mac and Cheese and there plenty of cocktails too. And whilst it only opened last week we’ve already seen some great feedback. Spread your wings South and chook it out…
