Ligthtopia, Christmas at Kenwood and now Wembley Park is getting lit this festive season with the return of free immersive light festival Winterfest. This year the theme is ‘Reunited in Light’ and a host of sound and light installations will be popping up in the area, including Reunion, a series of light arches that form a circular space where people are invited to meet; Reflections of the Future, an audio-visual walkway featuring mirrored LED posts; and City Lights, a 25-metre Christmas tree taking up residence outside the London Designer Outlet with a display powered by 100,000 LED lights.
A new outdoor gallery will also be opening with a Reunited in Light photography exhibition, featuring work from 12 UK-based photographers displayed on light boxes across Olympic Way.
