the York & Albany’s courtyard into a Winter Wonderland, Gordon Ramsay has really got in the spirit this year with his Alpine Chalet, complete with blankets, lanterns and sparkling trees. And to keep that belly shaking like a bowl full of jelly, he’s come up with a menu  filled with festive treats from venison croquettes to  rainbow trout with horseradish mousse. Putting a Christmas spin on the desserts too with coconut lychee snowballs and baked alaska, it’s a just a pretty sweet affair all round.

Serving up lots of toasty tipples including a Winter Spiced Old Fashioned and Eggnog with a Jack Daniels and honey twist, it’s a very MERRY chalet all round. So grab the ski’s cos it’s time to hit those mountain of errr… Camden.
