will never be the same again thanks to new pop up Wine Wednesdays. Brought to you by the brains behind the aptly named ‘A Grape Night In’ Wine Wednesdays are held in The Skyroom at London Bridge every Wednesday throughout the summer.

Each one has a different theme, with wine and a selection of small plates to match. We went down to check out the first in the series, SKINT! Thankfully there was no Lambrini in sight, rather a selection of wines that get you real value for your hard earned dollar. Our favourite was a Chilean Chardonnay served with a chicken and mash pie. The Chardonnay was crisp and refreshing and pie hearty and tasty.

Tickets cost £20 which gets you a wine based cocktail on arrival, ours was served in a tea cup, three glasses of wine and three of the small plates.

There are also cheaper tickets available that cost £5 and gets you a cocktail on arrival then its up to you to choose from a selection of wines and grub. A cracking evening to get you well and truly over hump day…
