It’s been a long old slog of dark days and cold weather but we’re finally in rooftop season again, and you can soak it up in style with bottomless brunch set to a hip hop soundtrack at Skylight Peckham. Following the Hennessy pop-up bar at Skylight’s winter terrace, the cognac brand is back for the warmer weather, shaking up unlimited cocktails for the venue’s rooftop hip hop brunch.
Skylight’s chef Karan has created a new menu for the occasion too, featuring dishes like Belgian waffles with Hennessy syrup and a range of toppings, including poached pears & vanilla mascarpone, smoked salmon & poached eggs, and chicken karaage & sweet chilli pickle. There’ll also be a DJ spinning the biggest hip hop classics alongside R&B, Afrobeats and dancehall, and you get all of that with epic views over the city skyline.
