Goose Island is bringing its new American Pale Ale called Old Man Grumpy (which has tropical and piney hop notes) to the UK and to celebrate the launch, it’s hosting a night with some of the country’s funniest and grumpiest comedians at The Goose Island Brewpub in Shoreditch.
The evening will feature Sean Lock, who you’ve seen on the telly on the likes of 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown and who’s often got a grouchy outlook on modern life; Paul McCaffrey, who’s recently toured with Kevin Bridges; and surrealist comedian Mick Ferry, who’s also on hosting duties. It’s a super small show with some big comedians so it’s a great chance to see this level of stand-up in such an intimate venue.
