Pop-up restaurant Dram & Smoke is back with Bothy Nights, a wintry highland sanctuary decked out with lanterns, tartan and pine, nestled inside an ex-leather tannery in London Bridge. The four-course menu is a celebration of Scottish produce and festive food, featuring turkey dinner yule log with battered brussels and buckfast cranberry sauce; sloe gin fondue with haggis mince pies; glazed cola ham with garlic roasties and spiced scratchings; and mulled apple terrine with cardamom ice cream. Err YUM. There’ll be hot toddy cocktails and Old Fashioneds on tap to wash all that down with as well as Christmas games, a roaming treat sled, a karaoke room, DIY DJ station and live music to really keep the party going.
