Printworks may be closing (extremely sad face) but we won’t be left without a place to dance as the team are opening brand new spot The Beams out east in Royal Docks this autumn. Taking over the old Tate & Lyle factory, The Beams is spread across 55,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space, with the industrial buildings boasting lots of natural light in the daytime and top-notch production come nighttime.
Broadwick Live, the biz behind Printworks, and LWE, who run the likes of Junction 2 festival, are in charge of the music programme and they’ve put together one hell of an opening set of shows for October. Check this lot out:

22nd October | Beams presents Stephan Bodzin with Kölsch, KAS:ST & Reznik
29th October | FAC51 The Hacienda with 808 State, Marshall Jefferson and The Orb

The prize is 1x pair of tickets to each October event, so there will be 5x winners each winning a tickets to one of the events. A winner for each show will be chosen at random and notified a week ahead of the show they have won tickets for.
