Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Original Tour Limited trading as The Original Tour of Garrick House, Stamford Brook Garage, 74 Chiswick High Road, London, United Kingdom, W4 1SY (“Promoter”).
Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoters, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. By entering this competition, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible
to claim any prize they may win.
Competition Period: The competition opens at Mon 29th and closes at 12pm on Fri 10th July (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must enter via the webform within the article. Only one entry per person, unless otherwise stated. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.Incomplete, illegible, bulk, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Prizes: There will be two (2) winners. Winner 1 will receive: Tickets for the Deluxe London Tour: 1 Day for four people. Winner 2 will receive: Tickets for the Original London By Night Tour for four people. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Prizes cannot be redeemed on Christmas Day (25th December).
Winner Selection: [Lem-uhn] Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period, unless otherwise stated. The draw will take place within 3 days of the competition closing date. The first randomly selected winner will receive Prize 1, and the second randomly selected winner will receive Prize 2.
Winner Notification: Two winners will be drawn at random and notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided on entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered via the email supplied on entry within [X] days of the winner successfully claiming their prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged during delivery where caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Publicity: By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name, surname initial, county/city, and likeness for promotional purposes relating to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a winner objects to such publication, they should notify the Promoter when claiming their prize. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner
information to regulatory authorities where legally required.
Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK and Irish data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the administration of the competition unless participants have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK entrants and the laws of the Republic of Ireland for Irish entrants, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws.
