They’ve spent over TWO decades putting soul in a bowl and perfecting the art of ramen, hailing it as a “nutritionally complete meal in a bowl” in their seminal ‘way of the noodle’ cookbook back in 1994.

The ramen recipe development continues apace at wagamama, ensuring we get to chow down on the freshest and most flavoursome bowls on the block….two new creations, seafood ramen and short rib ramen, have just joined all the old faves on the menu.
