WIN PRIZES AT THIS POP-UP FROM FROG, THE APP CHANGING THE SOCIAL MEDIA GAME

Frog, the new social media app that prioritises friendships IRL, is coming out of its digital box with an immersive pop-up full of exciting prizes. The SUPmarket will be a grocery shop like no other, stocked with unbranded products such as ‘Hope & Humour’ flavoured crisps, ‘Lettuce Be Friends Salad’ and ‘Bean Thinking About You’ baked beans – and a surprise is hidden inside each item.

The pop-up will be landing on Oxford Street this week, giving passersby a little perk up while demonstrating the app’s SUP feature. With the mission of encouraging people to be their authentic selves online, rather than get bogged down in the mire of filters and fabricated experiences, Frog’s SUPs are a way of keeping up with friends in a genuine way. SUPs are short video messages that are either sent in private chats or posted publicly, but are always unfiltered and always original.

Starting on Wednesday 19th October, you can drop by their SUPmarket pop-up to get your hands on some prizes and try the Frog app out for yourself. No money will exchange hands in the shop – the first surprise is free and you can get a second by either following Frog on social media, sharing the event or downloading the app. If you’re finally ready for the move away from hyper-curated social content (and to get some goodies along the way), you’ll wanna check this out.
