Be prepared to hit new heights in the Sky Garden as we have two tickets for dinner in Darwin on the 31st December 2015, followed by access to Sky Pod Bar. We’re giving you the chance to dine in Darwin on floor 36 and see in the New Year with a four-course meal accompanied by half a bottle of Champagne and paired wines. CHEERS. The menu includes ham hock and guinea fowl terrine, venison haunch with braised red cabbage, quince and juniper jus and roasted salmon with wilted spinach and lightly spiced mussel broth.
