If you’ve always wanted to eat at one of Heston’s restaurants you’ll wanna pay attention to this as we’ve got the chance for you to eat at two of them. For one day only, the team from two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is taking up residence at The Hind’s Head, Bray serving up a spesh five-course menu of Dinner classics, which have all been inspired by historic British dishes. You’ll be feasting on the famous Meat Fruit (aka mandarin and chicken liver parfait), spiced pigeon with ale and artichokes, and goats milk cheesecake with elderflower, apple, pickled blackberries and smoked candied walnuts.
