Peruvian restaurant and bar COYA, in Mayfair, has kicked off its new Music Presents series, a monthly party featuring some of the world’s most exciting up-and-coming DJs. It started off strong with tribal house music producer and DJ HVMZA taking to the decks and next on the roster is DJ, producer and director Enzo Siffredi.
Inspired and driven by the piano of Paolo Conte, Brasens’s guitar and Berlin’s underground, Enzo has a discography of over 200 tracks, including multiple number 1s. He’s recently developed a World and Afro sound on his imprint Wired, with his latest singles ‘MAMACITA’, ‘My Friend’ and ‘SHINDA’ featuring BAQABO making waves in the genres.
As well as hosting the live DJ set, COYA will be serving up their ‘Taste of Lima’ bar menu, which includes the likes of guacamole con salsa chalaquita; bao con wagyu; croquetas with fatty tuna, tiger milk & black truffle; and soft shell crab with tortillas, yuzu, avocado, aji amarillo & coleslaw. And, of course, there’ll be plenty of drinks from the Pisco Bar, with the highlight being their signature Pisco Sour made with COYA Pisco, fresh lime juice, sugar, egg white and Angostura bitters.
