A full year of unlimited classes at East London’s most interesting new fitness opening
Hot yoga has been done. Oxygen Yoga & Fitness does something different. The Canadian brand, which has studios across North America and New Zealand, opens its first UK location on Cremer Street, Hoxton on 13th July, and it’s built around far-infrared heat rather than the conventional heated room approach. The difference matters: infrared warms your body directly rather than the air around you, which means you get the deep flexibility and recovery benefits without feeling like you’re breathing through a wet towel. Classes run across yoga, Pilates, strength and cardio formats, all within a 1,500 sq ft studio with 25 mats per session and a schedule designed to work for every fitness level.
To mark the opening, Oxygen is running Karma Week from 13th – 19th July, offering free classes to anyone who wants to try it. But if you want to go deeper, London On The Inside has a year’s membership to give away, worth £1,548.
