Boutique guesthouse Mason & Fifth, which has locations in Primrose Hill and Westbourne Park, has opened its newest property in Belsize Park, bringing its fresh take on flexible city living to the leafy, village-like North London neighbourhood.
Housed within the restored Ivy Bank estate, the boutique property features thoughtfully designed studios, from Classic Biggies to cosy Classics, with en-suites, kitchenettes, luxury mattresses, smart TVs and calming, design-led interiors that blend comfort and sustainability.
Guests can unwind in the airy communal lounge, connect over the brand’s signature ‘Wine Down Fridays’, and enjoy a help-yourself breakfast of fresh fruit, granola, juices and locally baked bread.

This competition closes on Sun 31st May 2026 at 9pm sharp.
The winner will receive a two-night stay for two in a Classic Biggie studio at Mason & Fifth Belsize Park, including complimentary breakfast for two, in-room welcome gifts on arrival, and 1x dinner for two at neighbouring restaurant Cinder, with a £150 food and drink tab.
The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, resident in the UK.
The prize must be taken by December 1st 2026, subject to availability and blackout dates. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The winner and guest are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the property. The Organiser is not responsible for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations beyond its control.
