Get a taste of Lyon right in the heart of Battersea
Award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar Ploussard is running a new series of ‘Ploussard Presents’, collab dinners with some of the UK’s most exciting chefs based around France’s most celebrated food regions. Following a sold-out Burgundy dinner with Anna Søgaard in August, Matteo Degola, head chef at Josephine Bouchon, will be the next guest in the Ploussard kitchen on Weds 23rd October. This will be Degola’s first collab dinner since he launched Josephine Bouchon with Claude Bosi back in March, so if you’ve not had his food yet, this is an opportunity you won’t wanna miss.
He’ll be teaming up with Ploussard’s head chef Matt Harris for a seven-course, Lyonnaise-inspired menu, including dishes like:
- raw beef rosti
- French onion soup
- quenelle de brochette
- guinea fowl & langoustine
- trout & black pudding sausage with sorrel
- damson clafoutis with fromage blanc ice cream
- marron & dark chocolate truffle
Ploussard’s head of wine Ola Bober will also be curating a paired wine list, featuring a range of French bottles, for the evening too.

The prize is a table for 4x adults at award-winning restaurant & wine bar Ploussard on Wednesday 23rd October at 6pm, for ‘Ploussard Presents… Lyon’ with Matteo Degola.
The prize includes – 4x set menus & 1x bottle of house wine to share (or by the glass equivalent), total prize value is £380. Any supplementary dishes or further drinks ordered will be billed as usual.
Entrants must be 18+.
