By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This competition closes on Fri 24th August 2018 at noon sharp. The winner will be contacted by email within two days of the competition closing.
The winner of the competition will receive treatments as stated in the competition, there is no cash alternative. The prize must be redeemed within six months, on a weekday of the winner’s choosing. By entering the competition you are also agreeing, if required, to be included in press materials announcing the competition winner.
The prizes shall be awarded at the discretion of Spa Experience by Better and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
Spa Experience by Better’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
