Lympstone Manor, the Grade II-listed Georgian manor house hotel run by Michael Caines, is one of the best places in the UK for a weekend away. The property boasts 21 individually designed rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant in the main house, and six deluxe shepherd huts, a heated outdoor pool and pool house, tennis courts, and a vineyard within the 28-acre grounds.
Michael Caines won Lympstone Manor’s Michelin star within six months of being open and he’s retained it ever since, so you can bet that dinner here is something special. All the menus make use of the best produce from Devon and the South West, with the Estuary Tasting Menu showcasing local seafood and the Signature Tasting Menu featuring some of Michael’s most iconic dishes. And now, five years after Michael planted the hotel’s vineyard looking out over the River Exe, Lympstone Manor is finally sharing its very own English Sparkling Wine with the world.
The 2020 Classic Cuvée, a mix of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, is now available alongside Lympstone Manor Estate’s award-winning 2020 Triassic Pinot Noir, with an Isabeau Rosé and a barrel-aged Chardonnay still to come.

Prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Blackout dates apply. These are as follows: excludes Friday and Saturday nights, bank holidays, Christmas, New Year, Valentines.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize is for two guests only for a one night’s stay, including dinner in the main restaurant, a bottle of the Classic Cuvée and breakfast. Travel expenses are not included.
The prize must be redeemed within 6 months.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
