Even if you’re something of a masterchef in the kitchen, there are always going to be moments when you don’t have the time or the energy to whip up something form scratch. Enter ready meal company ByRuby. Founded by Leiths-trained chef Ruby Bell and her business partner Milly Bagot, ByRuby produce flavoursome and nutritious meals made with ethically sourced produce, including free range and grass fed meat, and vegetables from New Covent Garden Market, which are frozen on the same day to keep the freshness and nutrients locked in.
There are over 30 different meals in the ByRuby range, with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options available, so you can stock your freezer with the likes of fish pie, coq au vin, butternut & tomato risotto, cauliflower korma, and miso ramen with rice noodles.

This competition closes on Fri 20th August 2021 at 1pm sharp.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The prize must be claimed within 6 months of the closing date.
The prize consists of 5 x ByRuby (portion for 2) meals of choice from the selection on our website byruby.co.uk to arrive on a weekly basis for a duration of 4 weeks, consisting in total of 20 dishes.
Meal preferences must be given to representative at ByRuby at least 2 working days in advance to preferred delivery date, and can be altered weekly if given enough notice. Available delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and once a preferred day is selected this cannot be altered. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.
This prize is open to UK residents only, excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
