Award-winning restaurant Copper Chimney, one of the leading Indian brands under the Charcoal Concepts umbrella, has come to London as part of Westfield’s revamp of its food and drink offering. This is their first UK site and it showcases the contemporary Indian food that’s made Copper Chimney so popular in India. The tandoor grills are the signature dishes, with the likes of Tandoori Fire Chicken marinated for at least eight hours before hitting the grill. You’ll also be able to feast on lamb burrah chops, signature dum biryanis, curries and desserts like Garjar Pistachio Crumble, a slow-cooked carrot and cardamom pudding topped with a pistachio and praline crumble. And you’ll be able to pair all that with Mumbai-inspired drinks like the spiced Mumbai Mule and the whiskey and cinnamon Matunga Kaapi. YUM.
