AIRE Ancient Baths may just be the ultimate way to relax in the city
The company, founded in Seville in 2001, takes inspiration from ancient bathing traditions and recreates them for modern times by opening thermal baths in restored historical buildings around the world. There are AIRE Ancient Baths in eight cities around the world, with the London baths housed in an 18th-century building in Charing Cross that was once the home of Peter Pan author J.M. Barrie.
As well as the beautiful thermal baths, which include salt baths, jet baths and a number of different pools ranging from 10º to 40º in temperature, AIRE also offers luxurious spa rituals including body exfoliation, massages and even couples treatments, making it the perfect way to indulge in some quality time together.
