Jägermeister is an official sponsor of this year’s London Cocktail Week and it’s going all out with the German forest-inspired Der Wald pop-up bar at Big Chill on Brick Lane, just around the corner from the LCW Cocktail Village. The bar will be pouring a range of £6 cocktails that show off the liqueur’s herbs and spices, including the Jägermeister Mule, Black Magic and Jungle Hunt, as well as the famous ice cold shots, and there’ll also be a range of workshops hosted at the Meister Akademy.
You can practise the art of fresh ice carving for cocktails; pick up urban foraging skills from author Andy Hamilton and discover what you can take from your backyard and add into your drinks; learn how to mix up cocktails using everyday kitchen equipment; and shake up Jägermeister cocktails under the guidance of UK ambassador Florian Beuren. And all the Akademy classes are FREE to LCW pass holders, so you’ve got even more reason to drop in and pick up some top tips.
