Like the original back in NYC, Balthazar is a grand brasserie that’s pretty much buzzing all day long. Sometimes you need a more exclusive space for a special occasion and that’s where the Balthazar Private Dining Room comes in…it’s got the atmosphere just with a little more intimacy, and it looks pretty spectacular too thanks to antique timber floorboards, glass shades from Paris and an original pewter bar top. You can host everything from breakfast to dinner in the room, including a FLOWERBX Afternoon Tea, which features sandwiches like smoked salmon & lemon creme fraiche and coronation chicken & apricot, scones with jam and clotted cream, and floral-inspired pastries like the Balthazar raspberry rose and the coconut & yuzu hydrangea. Obvs there’s plenty of tea on offer but you can take it up a notch with a pink FLOWERBX Fizz cocktail or a glass of champers. And with fresh FLOWERBX blooms on the tables, it’s super instagrammable too.
