It’s gettin’ hot in here and Hotbox and Chai Ki are taking off all their clothes…oh no wait that’s something else, but they have hooked up to host a chilli feast. The night will see five chefs taking to the stoves at the Hotbox kitchen to cook up their best chilli creations. And with Masterchef finalists Billy and Jack, Rachel Jones from Capish?, Hotbox, Chai Ki, and Tim Anderson of Brixton’s Nanban bringing their all, it’s looking like a pretty HOT line up. So expect the menu to include everything from short rib & blue corn tacos with chipotle aioli, jalapeño salsa, fermented red chilli oil and pickled scotch bonnet peppers to ten chilli prawns made with 10 different varieties of scotch bonnet-miso romanesco.
