We may not be basking in glorious sunshine just yet but summer is coming early thanks to the Southbound supper club. Founded by French-Sicilian chef Camille Tardieu, the next Southbound event is called ‘A Journey Through Summer’ and is inspired by her own childhood holidays. The epic nine-course feast moves from La Rochelle through Provence, Rome, Sicily and Tunis with dishes like mussels with samphire and smoked garlic, soupe au pistou, cacio e pepe, stuffed sardines, and pistachio tart with apricot and almond milk. And if that didn’t sound incredible enough, each dish is paired with regional wines. HELLO.
