Spitalfields Market is already one of the best places in town to get street food but now with the opening of new food kiosks on Lamb Street, its offering has got even better. It’s taken 18 months of renovations to create the new hub on Lamb Street; designed by architects Foster + Partners, the two-storey red iron block consists of nine units for food and drink traders and a larger retail unit open to brands. Now it’s home to a diverse collection of indie food vendors, some of which are moving to a permanent space for the very first time.
Here’s what you can get at the new-look Lamb Street:
- Pizza Guys – authentic Italian pizza at the first Pizza Guys branch in the UK
- Rudie’s Jerk Shack – modern Jamaican jerk
- Dos Mas Tacos – seasonal Mexican tacos
- Ebby’s Kitchen – homemade Turkish street food
- Duck Truck – duck wraps and burgers
- Smokoloko – smoked BBQ
- Wicked Fish – seafood, burgers and hot dogs
- I-Thai – Thai street food classics
