Leading London-based wine importer Tutto Wines is joining forces with chef William Gleave, formerly of P.Franco, to put together an afternoon of great food and wine at Hector’s in Dalston. The event has been organised in celebration of north Lazio’s Le Coste, whose founder Gianmarco Antonuzzi is currently visiting London with Tutto. Gleave’s menu will include the likes of Coombeshead Farm’s salumi, panini stuffed with braised beef ‘alla picchiapò’ or artichokes, agnello e piselli, and beans grown by Le Coste with chicory and olive oil. And, of course, there’ll be loads of wine to pair those dishes with. If you wanna be there, just drop by from 1pm on Sun 28th April – no booking required.
