Will This Be London’s Coolest Stationery Shop?

Design-led stationery brand The Completist is levelling up in Peckham

As well as The Completist, founders Jana and Marko run Etc.Store, a shop in Copeland Park that functions as an extension of the brand by selling curated homeware and lifestyle products. After five years of having their warehouse on site, the pair are moving it to a new location, freeing up a load of space to expand their retail offering – and that’s exactly what they plan to do with Etc.Paper.

Taking inspo from the way their customers were using Etc.Store more like a third space than just a shop, Jana and Marko want Etc.Paper to be stationery store-bookshop-coffee spot hybrid, where people can spend time off their phones and connect with each other.

The new space will feature even more stationery brands, a curated bookshop with hard-to-find and independent titles, an in-house coffee bar, and an Etc.Lates programme that will include book clubs, crafts, talks, launches and more. And yes, the shop cats will be there too.

Etc.Paper is set to open in September with the pair running a crowdfunding campaign to help give the space the upgrades it needs.
