Wildfarmed, which uses regenerative farming methods to grow grain, is teaming up with five chefs and restaurants for a pop-up to showcase how fixing food can also fix the planet. Thomas Straker, Chantelle Nicholson, Burro e Salvia, Willy’s Pies and Chris Roberts aka Flamebaster will each be cooking up dishes for one night only at Silas Yard, with Happy Endings providing bespoke ice cream sandwiches (made with Wildfarmed biscuits) to go with each chef’s menu. Climate-positive Sapling Spirits will be providing the cocktails and all the wooden cutlery and plates from the event are going to be turned into woodchip and compost to ensure there’s zero waste.
