Whyte Rushen and Kold Sauce are teaming up for a one-night-only pop-up in Hackney Wick – Whyte Kold Dawgz. The pop-up regular will be cooking up a spesh hot dog made with Dorset grass-fed beef, toasted brioche, burger sauce, crispy onions, gherkin gel, ‘shit’ cheese and, of course, Kold Sauce for dipping. For a bonus round, there’ll also be lamb chop katsu with the cult fave fermented chilli sauce on the side. Tix are priced at £20 and include both courses, plus there’ll be beer and tunes to keep you going in between the dogs and chops.
