Pop-up don Whyte Rushen is putting his own spin on burgers and lobsters for his next event at Burger & Lobster Bread Street. He’ll be cooking up a four-course menu making use of the restaurant’s Nebraskan beef and wild-caught Atlantic lobster, with dishes including tempura lobster claw with burger sauce; beef tartare with salted egg yolk sauce & frozen scarmoza cheese; lobster po’boy with BBQ cabbage slaw & homemade crisps; and chocolate, chamomile & lobster fat creme brulee. Tickets are £65 per person and include four courses and a Las Olas rum cocktail, and there will also be a live DJ set to keep the party vibes going.
