WHYTE RUSHEN AT MORTIMER HOUSE

You’ve seen his grub on the ‘gram, you may have even had one of his burgers at a pop-up, and now you can get three courses of Whyte Rushen’s food as he’s taking over the kitchen at Mortimer House as part of their guest chef series. His menu includes Oysters and Monster Munch 2.0, an oyster with a warm Monster Munch cafe de Paris butter & fried perilla leaf; Stamford Hill Estate, wagyu meatballs, brioche, burger sauce, gherkin ketchup & duck fat fries; and Off License, flambe Basque cheesecake with creme fraiche, poached fruit & crumbled Crunchies.
