This series, which includes masterclasses held everywhere from wine cellars to wellness spaces, showcases both the diversity of the area and the dedication that each brand has to its craft. Farzi London will teach you the art of whisky pairing with this whisky masterclass.
Modern Indian bistro Farzi London, created by the ‘Prince of Indian cuisine’ Zorawar Kalra, is all about showcasing a contemporary take on Indian dishes. This innovation extends to the bar, where the mixologists use the latest technological equipment to create the cocktails and at this masterclass you’ll get to see (and taste) exactly what the Farzi team can do. You’ll also learn how whisky can be matched to food by trying three Amrut whisky cocktails with specially paired dishes like chicken tikka, dal arancini, paneer popcorn and avocado chaat.
