Wimbledon 2026 is just around the corner, running from 29th June – 12th July. If you didn’t manage to nab tickets for Centre Court, fear not, because we’ve rounded up the best pubs and outdoor screens (many of which are free to attend) where you can watch the tennis this year – hopefully, you’ll catch a few rays too.
Eccleston Yards – Wimbledon in the Yards
Watch the tennis for free from a beanbag, a deck chair or a picnic bench in the courtyard of Eccleston Yards this summer – you can even see the screen from the terraces of Morena and Jones Family Kitchen. There’ll be loads of food and drink available too, including rosé from Amie Wine.

Covent Garden
This summer, Covent Garden’s Piazza will be decorated specially for Wimbledon with deck chairs, picnic tables, bunting and flowers. You’ll be able to catch matches daily on the large screen while sipping on fizz provided by the Champagne Lanson bar.

The Dog & Fox
Get close to the action at The Dog & Fox in Wimbledon Village, which will be screening every game live on TVs throughout the pub and a large projector. Enjoy some drinks while watching the tennis, or head outside to the sun-soaked terrace with a rosé spritz or a Pimm’s.

St Katharine Docks – Screen on the Water
The Screen on the Water is returning to St Katharine Docks this summer – just in time for us to catch every Wimbledon match. The screen has been moved to Marble Quay, meaning there’s more space for your waterside viewing pleasure – and it’s free to attend.

Everyman on the Canal
Everyman’s open-air cinema is back for 2026 and it’s bringing sun-drenched Wimbledon screenings with it. Chill by the canal on a lounger or beanbag with frozen margaritas, ice cream sundaes, and chocolate strawberries. Seats are first come first serve, so get there earlier to nab the best spot.

Duke of York Square – Strawberries & Screen
Catch the men’s semi-finals and the men’s and women’s finals on the screen at Duke of York Square, set up on the green opposite the Saatchi Gallery. There’ll be a pop-up bar and food available at the Fine Food Market (on Saturdays). Opt to either spread your blanket out on the green or pre-book one of the deckchairs (for free) if you want something a little more comfy.

All the Wimbledon action will be screened in Canada Square Park this year, just bring along a picnic blanket to sit on. But, if you want to have a proper sit-down, you can see the screens from The Ivy in the Park or the Oasis Bar & Terrace.

Ham Yard Hotel is bringing a slice of Centre Court to its central London courtyard for another year. All the matches will be screened, with bookings available for the both the singles and doubles finals.
