Having mastered the guilt-free pancake Where The Pancakes Are, are setting up a permanent restaurant this summer but first we get to experience the ancient art of baking pancakes with modern food trends with this here, pop up. With an emphasis on lemon-sugar their organic flour mix makes stakes of pancakes and toppings come ten fold with maple, lime or elderflower syrup and berries, kumquats and blood-orange cointreau cream, there is 1000 baby-greens with a lime & coriander or smoked salmon, asparagus, hollandaise, chives & red amaranth…WOWZA.
