WHERE THE PANCAKES ARE TO LAUNCH GUEST CHEF SERIES

Where The Pancakes Are is celebrating the international love of pancakes and joining forces with three of London’s top chefs to create a menu that gives us a taste of Ireland, China and the Philippines. To kick the series off, they’ll be hosting a one-off dinner with all of the guest chefs in attendance, where you’ll be able to try all three of the pancake specials alongside a cocktail or glass of wine. Here’s a look at the new menu and who’s taking part:

Anna Haugh, Myrtle | Grated potato pancake with cabbage and ham hock
Amy Poon, Poon’s | Crepe stuffed with shredded chicken, spring onion, and ginger relish and served with Poon’s chilli oil
Lee Johnson and Sinead Campbell, Bong Bongs | Thin, steamed pancakes filled with pork hock and Mang Tomas sauce, pink papaya slaw and garnishes of spring onion, coriander and lime

Tickets for the dinner cost £25 per person and you can get them here, and if you can’t make it on the evening, the guest pancakes will be going onto the menu for the final three weeks of July. Where The Pancakes Are will also be serving up some dishes of their own on the new menu, including pulled beef pastrami, mezze sharing boards and a rum-banana sundae. So, if you’re looking for the perfect excuse to have pancakes for dinner, you’ve just found it.
