WeWork is getting in the festive spirit this year by hosting an ethical holiday market in Devonshire Square. It’ll have all the usual Christmassy vibes, like mulled wine and carols, but the traders will include charities, refugees and other ethical businesses. Sustainable fashion and lifestyle store Ethical Stories Ethical Me will be selling pieces from all over the world; Made 51 will showcase refugee-made products; SEP Jordan will feature embroidery stitched by women refugees in camps in Jordan; and Migrateful, which combines supper clubs with cooking classes led by asylum seekers and refugees, will have foodie treats on offer. Pop down, stock up on pressies and knock out a couple of good deeds at the same time…’tis the season.
