WEST 4TH TO OPEN IN PARSON’S GREEN

A Canadian brunch restaurant and bar is coming to South West London this October as West 4th will be opening on the New Kings Road in Parson’s Green. Inspired by Vancouver’s 4th West Avenue, founders Livia and Louisa are bringing us a taste of the Canadian coast in this 60 cover brunch space that will turn into a relaxed wine and charcuterie bar later in the evening.

The kitchen will be headed up by 22-year old chef Joseph Berney and features Canadian staples likes pancake and waffle stacks with flavours such as ‘campfire s’mores’ and ‘lockdown banana bread’; mix n match eggs benny with Canadian maple cured bacon and smoked salmon; and, of course, poutine. And when it comes to drinks, there’ll be a DIY Bloody Mary bar allowing drinkers to add their own toppings, as well as cocktails and carefully curated wines that’ll be paired with charcuterie boards and small plates come the evening. A flight-free way to get a taste of the Canadian food-scene, sounds good to us.
