Wes Anderson’s latest feature, Isle of Dogs, starring the likes of Bryan Cranston, Yoko Ono, Bill Murray, Greta Gerwig, Scarlett Johansson and Harvey Keitel, is a stop-motion film about stray dogs that are banished from the city of Megasaki and exiled to Trash Island. The protagonist, 12-year-old Atari heads off to the island in search of his dog Spot, where an epic journey (with a pack of dogs for company) ensues. To coincide with the release, an exhibition of original sets and puppets from the movie will be on show at The Store, with a life-size recreation of a Japanese noodle bar shown in the film, which’ll serve ramen and sake on Thursday and Friday nights.
