The mobile wellness platform offers a wide range of services, from massage and physiotherapy to facials and manicures to personal training and yoga, and is available across London so you can get the treatment that you want wherever you are. Urban started out as a massage-at-home service and this remains one of the most popular services, with deep tissue, pregnancy, sports massage, Theragun massage, CBD massage and more on offer. We tried out the Urban Classic, a traditional full body massage designed to loosen tense muscles, increase circulation and get your body back to its best. The therapists bring the table with them, so all we had to provide was a couple of towels and Vlada was set-up in just a few minutes. Over the course of the hour she had smoothed out all the kinks caused by our WFH set-up and made us feel extremely relaxed. It’s all super safe and clean too – she disinfected the table at the start and was wearing a face shield for the duration of the treatment.
You may not get the ambience of a spa (well depending on where you live) but the convenience of Urban is such a plus – we can highly recommend a lunch break massage, just don’t blame us if you feel too blissed out to go back to work…
