ENJOY A ROAST ALL WEEKEND THIS SUMMER AT PAN PACIFIC LONDON

If, like us, a Sunday roast is your fave meal of the week then you’ll be very pleased to hear that Straits Kitchen, located in Pan Pacific London, has turned the heat up this summer and extended their Sunday roast to Saturdays.

BBQ roast meats take centre stage at the buffet, with an impressive live carving station, manned by Head Chef Jun Yung Ng and team, laden with crispy pork belly, roasted duck, char siu pork, Hainanese chicken and barbecue sweetcorn with miso koji butter. If you’re in the mood for a little more spice, you can also create your own shrimp or curry laksa, with additions like eggs, tofu puffs, fish cakes, soya beansprouts and sambal.

There are a selection of sides like lotus root salad, oyster sauce choy sum, noodles, Chinese cabbage and South East Asian pickles, for you to complete the savoury part of your spread with, and an array of tropical fruits and hand-crafted pastries on offer at the dessert buffet. Yes you certainly won’t be leaving here hungry.

The summer roast comes in at £60 per person, which includes all food and a half bottle of prosecco, and if you’re feeling particularly fancy, you can upgrade to a half bottle of Champagne Gratiot-Pillière Brut NV for a £20 supplement or a half bottle of Billecart-Salmon Rosé NV for a £40 supplement.
