The team behind Cupcakes and Shhht in Camden has hopped over to Hackney to open We Are Vegan Everything, serving up vegan (obvs) alternatives to old favourites like vegan fried eggs, vegan sausage rolls and vegan smoked salmon & cream cheese bagels.
As well as brekkie and lunch dishes like smoked maple tempeh pancakes with soya ice cream and tofu scramble with tomatoes and smoked aubergine, the cafe has a strong sweet menu of vegan and gluten-free cakes and pastries. Founders Cait and Soph know how to bake so you can expect these to be particularly good.
Drinks-wise, you can get everything from bulletproof coffee to kombucha on tap to vegan freakshakes (and they even have healthier smoothie-based versions topped with fruit).
